Hello Friends – The graphic below is part of a post circulating on Facebook through the travel community right now, outlining what we have been through as travel professionals since the beginning of the pandemic. I don’t want to post the whole thing as it is a bit of a downer and we like to keep things positive, but let’s just say it has been very rough. We sometimes post about the importance of using a travel advisor, and I don’t think their value has ever been more apparent. Our travel advisors have been true rock stars and have worked so hard for their clients through this whole thing. We will continue to do this. We will continue to give the personal service that we have always provided. We will continue to take your emergency phone calls at 8:30pm on New Year’s Eve and help you resolve your problems. We will continue to keep up to date with the ever changing protocols so that you are prepared and your travel is as seamless as possible. Why? Because we care. We are so grateful to our clients for their loyalty and continued support. It is not lost on us that you entrust us to make your travel dreams a reality.
Right now travel is more complicated but absolutely possible, and we are here to hold your hand. WE ARE HERE FOR YOU! Some people won’t feel comfortable travelling yet and that is absolutely fine. We will be here when you are ready, and we are available to help you plan your future adventures.
