Congratulations Lucas on becoming a field guide! We are so thrilled for you and this incredible achievement.

It brings us great joy to see how your experiences on safari with your mom and us have shaped your path. We especially remember your last safari to South Africa and our visit to Limpopo Field Guiding Academy which clearly ignited this passion in you. Knowing that you were seeking valuable life experiences after graduating high school, this course seemed like a perfect fit, and you embraced it wholeheartedly.

Even during your time with us on safari, your natural talent in the bush was apparent. We have no doubt that you will excel in guiding others should you choose to do so in the future.

We are incredibly happy and proud of you, Lucas. You set a goal and achieved it!

PS- I can’t believe you saw a brown hyena before me🤪 one day this elusive animal will grace me with its presence as it did you 💕

A decade ago, I laid the foundation for a western wear line showcased on Canada's Dragons Den 🇨🇦. We accomplished a significant feat by selling that line to an American company six months ago 🇺🇸. In a few weeks, we will introduce our cutting-edge travel apparel line, created to simplify packing. Tiz collaborated with me on the men's shorts and safari lines. We have worked tirelessly to bring this line to fruition and are enthusiastic to share it with you. Perhaps we can garner some accolades with this line as well💕. It's an innovative departure from what you have seen beforehand. This line is more than apparel. The vision will soon be unveiled.

I wanted to share an incredible experience we had on safari. It began with an announcement over the radio: "Leopard is spotted in the trees!" Our guests and I were immediately thrilled, as leopards are such a rare and wonderful sight.

We set off towards the reported location, but the updates kept coming in – this leopard was on the move! The anticipation built as we drove slowly, and then suddenly, our tracker signaled us to stop. "Look," he whispered, pointing towards the ridge. "There, we have our own leopard!"

And indeed, there it was – a magnificent leopard gazing right at us. We were filled with awe and joy as we savored this precious moment. What a truly spectacular sight!

Our driver quickly radioed in the sighting so that other vehicles in the area might also have a chance to see this second leopard spotted within the last fifteen minutes. The leopard remained on the ridge for a few serene moments, then stood up, stretched, and gracefully disappeared into the brush.

Other vehicles arrived, hoping for a glimpse, but the leopard was gone. It was a truly special and rare encounter for our travelers, a moment I'm sure will be a lasting memory of their safari
