1. Respectful
• Bonjour Québec pages are for positive interactio

n. Negative comments (comments that are crude, harmful, obscene, violent, hateful, threatening, deceitful, slanderous, or discriminatory) will not be tolerated, nor will any type of agitation.

• Content that people may find offensive or that exposes individuals or groups of people to hate or contempt for reasons of origin, race, language, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or physical or mental disability is a hard no—don’t even think about it.

• Respect privacy. Avoid sharing personal information—yours or other people’s—publicly (for example, phone numbers, email addresses) and write us privately if you have a personal issue.

• All your comments will be read and considered, we promise! There’s no need to post the same message several times.

• Writing in all-caps on the web is like yelling (unless you’re writing an acronym). PLEASE DON’T YELL (😉) and please avoid strings of special characters (such as !!!! # # #*** !), which are subject to interpretation.

2. Topical and trustworthy
• Express yourself as clearly as you can. It’s hard to answer if we don’t understand what you’re trying to say.

• Our field of specialty is tourism in Québec. When commenting, stick to the subject of the post, and please don’t ask questions involving other areas of expertise. We don’t have all the answers.

• Check your sources. If you put a link to a site and we can’t confirm it’s authentic or credible, we may delete your post.

• You can share your favourite things and places if they’re related to the subject of the post. But please, nothing that’s off topic.

3. The fine print
• If you want to share a picture, text, or music that is not yours, make sure you have the owner’s consent before you do.

• Don’t make any comments that encourage or refer to illegal acts.

Rolling out your mat in the heart of the forest, by a lake, or on a mountaintop: these are ideal ways to recharge your batteries and find serenity. Here are five places where nature becomes an open-air yoga studio:

🧘 Domaine Floravie (Bas-Saint-Laurent): Practise facing the river, in a peaceful setting between sea and mountains.

🧘 Excursion Yoga (Laurentides): Immersive sessions with breathtaking views, high up on the peaks.

🧘 Auberge Yoga Salamandre (Eastern Townships): Forest retreat by a river, ideal for getting away from it all.

🧘 Magic Tingwick (Centre-du-Québec): Yoga postures, breathwork... and goats! A playful and zen approach.

🧘 POP Spirit (across Québec): Outdoor retreats and workshops that blend movement, nature, and joy, from the river’s edge to the mountain tops.

Where do you find the most inspiring place to practice this outdoor activity?

Did you know? Montreal made history in 1976 as the first Canadian city to host the Olympic Games. That was nearly 50 years ago, and the Olympic Stadium has been a city landmark ever since. Here are three fun and surprising facts about Montréal’s Olympic Park.

1️⃣ The Montréal Tower, attached to the Olympic Stadium, is the tallest inclined tower in the world. It rises 165 meters (541 feet) with a 45-degree tilt — steeper than the Leaning Tower of Pisa!

2️⃣ In 1992, the former Olympic Velodrome was transformed into the Biodome, a unique museum that recreates four ecosystems of the Americas. It’s now part of Espace pour la vie, along with the Botanical Garden, the Insectarium, and the Rio Tinto Alcan Planetarium — forming Canada’s largest natural science museum complex.

3️⃣ Once home to Montréal’s beloved baseball team, the Expos (1977–2004), Olympic Park is now a lively venue for festivals, concerts, and major events all year long.

Add it to your itinerary — there’s always something exciting happening at the Olympic Park and its surroundings.
