✨ Here’s why booking with a travel agent truly makes a difference ✨
Yesterday, I was working on a family vacation booking. The price had increased by $300 compared to the original quote, but thankfully I had already secured the previous lower rate on hold for my client.
Later that evening, around 8:30 PM, I went ahead and confirmed the booking with a deposit. As I always do, I double-checked the pricing afterward… and to my surprise, the exact same trip had dropped by $900 😳
Without hesitation, I contacted the supplier, cancelled the booking, ensured my client received a full refund of the deposit, and then rebooked the exact same vacation at the new lower price.
That’s a $900 savings — just like that 💰
This is the value of working with a dedicated travel agent. I don’t just book trips — I monitor, adjust, and advocate for my clients every step of the way.
Now, I’ll be honest — not every agent will go this extra mile. But for me, my clients come first. If there’s an opportunity to save you money or improve your trip, I’m going to take it.
