✈️ Fiji Airways Canada at Ensemble Horizons 2026

Jon Murray, Account Manager for Fiji Airways Canada, attended Ensemble Horizons 2026 in Las Vegas last week, connecting with more than 500 Ensemble travel advisors from across the U.S. and Canada.
The event was a great opportunity to promote Fiji Airways, share the latest developments for the Canadian market, and continue building strong relationships with Ensemble advisors.
We were also honored that Fiji Airways was nominated for Airline Partner of the Year at the Ensemble awards gala dinner. While we did not take home the award this year, being recognized among valued industry partners is a proud moment for the team.

On April 13, Jon Murray had the honour of representing Fiji Airways at the 2026 American Express Partnership Showcase, which was held at the Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale.
The event brought together almost 150 Amex staff and agents. During the show, Jon was able to highlight the newest developments at Fiji Airways, including the addition of a third Vancouver-Nadi flight on June 16 and the launch of Nadi-Gold Coast flights on June 11.
Overall, the event was very successful.

Fiji Airways has only recently become a preferred partner with American Express, and we look forward to working even more closely with their staff in the future.

Jon Murray, Account Manager for Fiji Airways in Canada, attended the Flight Centre 30th Anniversary Trade Show in Toronto this week.

With more than 100 Flight Centre agents from across the country in the room, it was a good opportunity to reconnect, understand what agents are seeing in the market, and talk through how Fiji Airways can support their work going into 2025.

Flight Centre’s plans to expand its retail presence in Toronto and Vancouver also made the conversations meaningful, as in-person travel planning continues to play a stronger role in how travellers make decisions.

Jon spent the day speaking with agents one-on-one, answering questions and sharing insights on Fiji Airways’ network and product.

Successful TravelBrands Agent Appreciation roadshow.

From Vancouver on October 6, to Toronto on October 8, and finally Montreal on October 9, Jon Murray, Account Manager for Fiji Airways, connected with more than 1,000 travel agents across Canada.

These events provided the perfect platform to share Fiji Airways’ latest developments, including the new service to Cairns and the airline’s APEX World Class Airline recognition.

This week, Anjuna Airline Solutions CEO James Vaile and Managing Director North America Mable Tang visited Fiji Airways Headquarters in Nadi.

The meetings focused on reviewing the ongoing cooperation between the two companies and exploring new areas of partnership, particularly in cargo operations and strategic growth initiatives for the North American market.

Both parties expressed their confidence in the continued success of this collaboration, highlighting the mutual commitment to strengthen Fiji Airways’ presence and performance across Anjuna’s managed regions.

🌴 Bula Fiji Road Show in Vancouver ✈️

The Bula Fiji Road Show was held last Friday, June 26, at the Sheraton Wall Centre in Vancouver.

Representing the airline and partners, Mable Tang, Managing Director of Anjuna Airline Solutions Canada, and Strobel Bekker, VP Sales Americas of Fiji Airways, met with Canadian travel agents to showcase the latest Fiji Airways products and updates.

Discussions highlighted the airline’s destinations in Australia including Cairns, Adelaide, Canberra, Christchurch and Wellington , offering convenient connections at competitive prices, as well as wider network opportunities across the South Pacific and beyond.

On a celebratory note, Fiji Airways was also recently recognized among the Top 10 airlines worldwide by APEX, a proud achievement underscoring the airline’s commitment to excellence.

The Travel Market Place Calgary Show took place on September 15 and 16 at the Grey Eagle Resort and Casino and Jon Murray, the Account Manager for Canada, was there to promote Fiji Airways.

Over 400 travel agents and suppliers participated in this year’s show, the largest one to date.

During the show Jon had the opportunity to meet with agents and promote Fiji Airways’ most recent developments, including their new service to Cairns and the addition of a third weekly flight from Vancouver, which will operate from mid-December 2025 until the end of March 2026.
