Last night’s class drink:

Mocktail
- muddle 3-4 basil leaves in glass
- add approx 1-1/2 tbsp of strawberry coulis (I found a recipe for it on Pinterest — it’s super easy and super tasty)
- stir in 1 cup (8 oz) lemonade and ice
- add a splash of club soda (I used lemon-lime club soda)

Cocktail
- muddle 3-4 basil leaves in a shaker
- add ice, 1 oz vodka and 1-1/2 Tbsp strawberry coulis
- shake
- strain into glass
- add 1 cup (8 oz lemonade) and a splash of soda
