Do you need some time away from your devices? Are you looking for something creative to do?

🌻 Join me for September Card Class here in Moose Jaw!

There are two class times to choose from:
➡️ Sept 9 at 7:00 pm
➡️ Sept 10 at 1:00 pm

OR you can get a take-out package with all the pieces to make the cards in your own home (packages with video link will be ready starting Sept 14 — add $5 for mailing anywhere in Canada 🇨🇦)

We’ll be using the brand new Radiant Sunflowers stamp/die bundle and the coordinating Designer Series Paper to make four lovely cards.
Bring your own adhesives and scissors — I’ll provide everything else.

🎁 Last year, I was looking to add a little joy to my fall crafting. I hadn’t attended any Stampin’ conventions or gatherings, so I decided to TREAT MYSELF to the 12 Days of Creativity Advent Calendar. I have to say, it brought a smile to my face when it arrived! Opening the doors and discovering each new crafting item was a delight.

SU is back with its 2026 version of the Creativity Advent Calendar, and I have already ordered mine. Would you like to participate in the fun this year? Leave a comment if you are interested!

Sue, Glenda and I want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who came out to the Crafters’ Garage Sale at my home in Moose Jaw this past Thursday!

It was so much fun seeing familiar faces, meeting some new crafty friends, and watching so many of our much-loved crafting supplies find new creative homes. ✂️💕 Your support truly means a lot!

And… if you weren’t able to make it, there’s still a little bit left! 👀

I have been receiving questions about what is remaining from *my* portion of the sale. There are a few stamp sets, die bundles and some patterned paper.

Note: I spent time with family celebrating my mom’s birthday today. Don’t come before 2:00 because I will not have the sale ready before then 😂😂

I mentioned yesterday that I enjoy reading. I recently finished this novel (translated from Spanish). It’s a mystery set in Barcelona and has many twists and turns. As it happens, my husband and I accidentally ended up getting two copies of the book! Is there anyone in the Moose Jaw area who would like the second copy? Drop a comment and I can put it in my mailbox for you to pick up.

One of the reasons we were interested in the book is that we would like to visit Barcelona someday. Walking tours based on the locations in the novel have been created for the city of Barcelona!

Here are a couple things you may not know about me:
🫎 I live in Moose Jaw! (That’s in Canada, in the province of Saskatchewan)
📕 I love to read (my book club is getting started again for the season, and I’ll share some titles in future posts)
⛪️ I do quite a bit of volunteer work for my church (last Thursday I was on clean-up for a Quilt Guild supper; today I helped serve lunch for those in the community who are food insecure; and on Saturday I gave tours of the stained glass windows in our historic building)
