Upper Level

2-3 Nights - $160.00 per night
4-6 Nights - $150.00 per night
1-3 Weeks - $980.00 per week
Month - $3600.00 per month



Lower Level

2-3 Nights - $120.00 per night
4-6 Nights - $110.00 per night
1-3 Weeks - $700.00 per week
Month - $2400.00 per month





Apartment is available until deposit is received. Deposit required

is as follows:
Upper Unit - $30/night
Lower Unit - $25/night


Full payment is required 24 hours prior to the time of check-in. All bookings of two weeks or more will require a minimum of one week notification prior to the first day of check-in to be eligible for a refund.
