Did you know our vans can take you anywhere? Expand your trip beyond the island to see all of beautiful British Columbia!

Mount Robson, located in British Columbia, Canada, is the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies, towering at 3,954 meters (12,972 feet). It’s a commanding presence in Mount Robson Provincial Park and often shrouded in mist, giving it a mysterious and majestic allure. The mountain is a centerpiece of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Canadian Rocky Mountain Parks, drawing climbers, hikers, and nature lovers from around the world.

One of the most popular ways to experience Mount Robson is by hiking the Berg Lake Trail. This multi-day trek winds through dense forests, past roaring waterfalls, and alongside glaciers, eventually leading to the turquoise waters of Berg Lake at the base of the mountain. The contrast of the lake’s vibrant color against the sheer, icy face of Robson is truly unforgettable. Wildlife is abundant in the park, with chances to spot moose, black bears, and mountain goats along the trail.

Despite its beauty, Mount Robson is notoriously difficult to summit due to rapidly changing weather and technical challenges, making it a coveted climb for seasoned mountaineers. Whether you're aiming for the peak or simply enjoying the view from the valley below, Mount Robson stands as a breathtaking symbol of British Columbia’s rugged natural splendor.
