What feels alive and present in you right now? What are your favourite summer rituals? One of my favourite summer rituals is full moon skinny dips in mountain lakes. It’s a glorious way to feel alive, I highly recommend! 😄

I love spring time hikes in BC Canada! Why?
Here are just a few reasons! 🥰
👇 👇 👇👇
🥾It gives me a sense of total peace and awe being surrounded by mountains and vast valleys. This time of year the mountain lily’s and mosses are lit with colour and it’s spectacular to witness the awakening after a long winter. 🌿
🌲The mountain air is healing and invigorating. Being immersed in nature grounds me out, releases stress and fills me with a sense of freedom and exhilaration.
⛰ The physical challenge of hiking uphill is rewarding and empowering. Strengthening my mind and body with every step. 💪
🐿 The feeling of accomplishment and serenity that settles in as I reach the summit and take in the stunning panoramas is medicine to the soul that only the mountains can offer.
