We wish you all the BEST for this NEW Year upon us.
WE have certainly missed seeing you and helping you in planning your trips of a lifetime in 2020, we are all living different misfortunes as a result of the Covid 19 Pandemic and we do hope that you are all managing well, and grasping every little Silver lining that is presented to us. It will not be a surprise to you that the Covid 19 Pandemic has devastated the travel industry in many ways. Though we feel that we could survive and do know that travel will once again be strong, as a business owner I have decided to close Imagine Travel.
Rest assured, we will be contacting each client who holds an ongoing reservation, or who has a Future Travel Credit, to inform them of the best steps moving forward.
The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) requires that the business assign any active files to another travel agency, to assure that you are receiving the expected service you deserve. I am pleased to announce that Marlin Travel Cambridge (Preston) has agreed to take care of your travel needs in the future. I know that you will be taken excellent care of with Peggy McKnight and her TEAM, Peggy has been in the travel Industry for over 40 years and she and her TEAM are very well travelled and knowledgeable.
