It’s so important to not get complacent about your DCS risk and be mindful of habits that have the potential to cause harm.
Be safe divers!

A post-dive soak in the hot tub sounds like the perfect way to end the day. But is it actually safe?

In this article, Divers Alert Network explains why jumping into hot water too soon after a dive may increase your risk of decompression sickness, especially after repetitive diving or liveaboard trips. We hate these things!

A major safety warning has been issued for 84,000 full-face snorkel masks sold online.

Regulators say the masks could cause breathing problems that may lead to drowning. Owners are being told to stop using them immediately.

If you snorkel, this is worth checking before your next trip.

The first step taken in our journey to sail - sailing lessons! We have learned so much, had some great times, but also had some moments where we felt frustrated and discouraged. We know there is so much more for us to learn, and we can do it, so we will be busy!

It definitely feels weird to not have a home anymore, but we are inspired by all the people we meet that chase their dreams doing crazy, non-conventional things! I often miss my family, but we are coming back for a visit soon as we get organized! ♥️
