Start saving money and make this delicious addition to any turkey, ham or chicken dinner.
My children didn’t like the idea of stuffing coming from the turkey’s insides so I started making stuffing in the oven instead.
Don’t throw away the ends of your bread. Freeze them until you need stuffing or you can make bread pudding with them.
Directions
Take out all frozen bread and buns including hotdog or hamburger buns in the morning
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Chop and square all bread slices
Chop 2 carrots
Chop 3 celery
Chop half onion
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, any dried or fresh herb (eg. Thyme, oregano, Italian spice, rosemary etc)
Place all in a large bowl and mix it around.
Drizzle with olive oil or spray avocado oil and mix it some more then place on a baking sheet or pan.
Bake for 20 minutes take out and move the pieces around then bake for another 30 minutes until crunchy.
