All our vacation homes are located in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake and are available year round! Our mission statement is to make sure all our guest have amazing experience and stay with us in Niagara on the Lake! Niagara Holiday Rentals is a

short-term rental management company in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake owned and managed by Jason and Elsie Mae Clements. Elsie Mae is an accredited sommelier and has her WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust) Level 3 Award in Wine & Spirits. She can let you know about the local wineries and wine industry. All guests at the Niagara Holiday Rentals homes and cottages receive complimentary wine tasting and tour coupons for many of the local wineries. Niagara Holiday Rentals was started over 10 years ago by Eric and Janet Trogdon, all vacation homes and cottages are in Old Town, minutes from Queen Street. Janet's family has ties to the region predating world war two when her Father, Henry Wissenz, brought fruit from their farm to be canned at Factory 13. The cannery was regarded as one of the foremost producers of quality produce in the Niagara Region. It is now the location of the Pillar and Post Inn. Jason also has ties to the region dating back to the late 1700s. Reverend Robert Addison, founder of St. Mark’s Anglican Church, is a distant relative. His nephews settled in Oxford County where Jason’s family tree includes the Addison name from that area. Jason is also a real estate sales representative specializing in vacation, second home and investment properties. We all enjoy a variety of activities in Niagara-on-the-Lake, from the local wineries and craft breweries, to the Shaw Festival, as well as the parks and outdoor activities that the region has to offer. The hiking and biking trails offer endless exploring, and kayaking on Lake Ontario and up the Niagara River provides a great opportunity to view the Toronto skyline and the historical homes along both the US and Canadian shorelines. From world class live theatre, to golf, award-winning wineries and restaurants, and jet boat rides up the Niagara River ... experiencing the Niagara region is not just about Niagara Falls! Parkview Cottage is in a great location just a couple blocks from shopping, Shaw Theatre, the waterfront and restaurants in Historic Old Town, Niagara-on-the-Lake! The community pool is right next door!

Parkview Cottage built in the 50s has the original front door with teardrop windows and hardwood floors. There have been numerous updates since, but it still has the quaint feel of mid-century modern architecture. Our house is great for one or two couples or a small family. The community pool is right next door and is open from mid-June to Labour Day weekend.
