Guests love it when hosts are quick to respond and provide detailed information regarding check in, check out or addressing any concerns. Clear communication helps guests understand your expectations and cuts down on them having to reach out when they may not want to.

Have you heard? There are new rules coming for short-term rentals, announced last week.

⭐️ By May of 2024, the province of BC will bring in a principal residence requirement for short-term rentals, meaning people can only rent out the home in which they live for the majority of the year. Renting out one secondary suite within a principal residence will also be allowed. ⭐️
