Communicating with confidence is the ability to speak your truth and realize your self worth.

Finding myself has been a lonely journey of shedding anyone and anything that no longer serves me. I’m so thankful to be on this path and to find my true light in the darkest of times.
Pain giving me an abundance of fuel to keep burning away the ridges and energies trying to pull me down.

Speaking truth means listening to your intuition and following the inner guidance of your authentic self.

This has taken me my entire life to get to the point where I’m not holding back on what I feel is best for my energy. To live with my inner guide of love and awareness is harness an exotic new rebirthing into a solid warrior goddess.

Although amongst the hardest of stress and intensity of emotions my greatest awareness comes through. Polarity hits me like life force; energy upgrading my capacity to handle bu****it and continue on the path of light.

My throat chakra has always tested very low. Maybe lacking confidence in myself, the ability to share my truth.

Ether is the element of this chakra,
Colour is blue
Communication and self expression is the focus of this chakra leading to peace within.

𝐻𝑜𝓁𝒹𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝒪𝓃 𝓋𝓈. 𝐿𝑒𝓉𝓉𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝒢𝑜

When faced with past trauma it can be a triggering state of holding onto this painful emotional memory. Stuck with our flight or fight response or PTSD creating a loop. I know cause I’m in it right now.

Is there really a way of letting go to remove the attachment to this pain? Can it really be dissolved with the intentional repatterining of the trauma itself. 🤔

Well I’m about to give it a shot!! 🤣I’ve had one of the most triggering difficult months of my life being examined by professionals and dissected for my mental health. I’m not at my best. I usually like getting nice and vulnerable on my exhausted and depressed days to share the truth. 😅

Truth is I was just asked to write a report on every single allegation that has been made against me by my ex and that I have against him.

Running from problems doesn’t work, May as well face it head on and figure a way to make the best of it. Learn and grown from it. Most importantly detach and fully move on from it.
The attachment to pain, chaos, the past and the outcome is futile, It’s out of our control and unhealthy.

By letting go we can surrender and embrace the trigger with healthy mindset. What’s the deeper lesson?

Finally sitting down from my extreme triggered state of crying and reliving pain unable to think clearly to defend myself with clarity.

Being in a constant state of trauma caused me to have PTSD for my whole relationship and much worse after with the sociopathic narcissistic behaviour of my ex who thrives off drama and my suffering.

The continuous secretion of stress hormones can also cause the hippocampus to shrink in size, the gland responsible for memory and emotions.

Anyone else black out there trauma like me? Disassociating from the pain….

I’m about to journal from program and as I look at the similarities of what I’m wanting to do then she shows up with Devine tools to help access and allow this light to purify my cells with gratitude for this experience. 🙏
By investigating the deeper root cause of the issue and leaning in to this darkness light will emerge in the form of healing and let it go.

Shifting the frequency.
Sound, food, plants, humans, habits and behaviours are all inclusive to the frequency we embody and emit.

The energetic vibe that we hold says allot about who you are. Each vibration holds a frequency and low vibes are negative. Anger, fear, jealousy and hatred are low vibes.

All matter in the universe is made up of energy that vibrates. We are all energy! Everything is connected and we attract what we emit.

Higher frequency vibrations – are produced by positivity. Any love, sympathy, confidence, gratitude Is producing high-frequency vibrations. These light, bouncing vibrations make you energized!

Drinking my yellow lemon hot water and turmeric yellow mushroom coffee this earth day morning.🌿

I’ve had a lot of downloads and insights lately about what power means.

To me it means self control and self discipline in my spiritual practises and my successful career driven aspirations. Having emotional intelligence and the ability to not react or respond two narcissistic abuse from the father of my children.

it’s been such a blessing to step into my own power and that happened with an incredible amount of self-love and time alone. Now that I’m solid within myself I can move onto the next phase of healing.

as much as I’m doing shadow work right now there is a inner child healing that needs to be embraced and held so that The deeper triggers of life, love and family healing can happen. As I reparent myself I become so incredibly aware of how I want to show up for my children and ensure that they understand I am here for them in the most supporting and loving way.

stepping into my power has been through each day overcoming the hard court drama and surviving. It’s also a process of not doing what other people think I should do and following my heart.

I am eternally grateful for finding myself and the chakras have help me recalibrate my life in a beautiful way.

The power of earth and connection to you God is giving me the strength to be the best person that I can be.
