Ever been to a silent retreat?
A silent retreat is a space to practice mindfulness and meditation. Many retreats last from a day to multiple weeks. Where you talk to no one. So we are going to try out a silent hike!
Silence also brings mental clarity and self-discovery and walking in the woods with women is a safe space. Who knows what will rise up within each of us in the active silence surrounded by nature.
We are starting slow. Half the hike in conversation with others, and the other half in silence.
