In 2024, there were 5809 cases of confirmed Lyme disease across Canada.
In Ontario, 11-15 cases out of 100 000 residents are confirmed Lyme disease.
This doesn’t mean you stay inside. It means that you continue to enjoy the outdoors while being smart about it.
