We had an amazing day playing in the annual Kim Millar Memorial Golf Tournament, organized by her son Mark who is fundraising for Heart and Stroke . A great way to remember Kim, she was a huge player in our beginnings as POY! We did better than last year, where we got 4 over! To 5 under this year! The winning score was 14 under!!!! Maybe we can beat it next year! Thanks Mark for putting this on!

This weekend! Join us at the mystical Mill of Kintail. Investigate two historic sites and if you dare, enter the wilderness to investigate what is experienced the woods. What have previous investigators experienced? Phantom voices, objects moving, lights turning on, ghostly touches, equipment interactions and much more! The site originally called the Woodside Mill by the Baird family in 1830, later repurposed to the beloved summer home of Robert Tate McKenzie and his with Ethel in the 1930's. Famous guests such a James Naismith (inventor of Basketball) and former Prime Ministers William Lyon Mackenzie King and Sir Robert Borden were frequent visitors. There is documented evidence that Seances did occur at the Mill. The ghost of Ethel was first reported for poltergeist like activity by the Ottawa Journal in the 1970s! This Saturday is the annual Kim Millar memorial golf tournament. The golf tournament is taking place at Cedar Valley Golf & Country Club & The Clubhouse Cafe at 10am. We are sponsoring hole 13! Kim Millar was a dear friend of ours, who support POY in our first year, she passed to young! The golf tournament is raising funds for the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Still time to enter! Message us if can get a team! Steak dinner and lots of prizes to be won!

SOMETHING WAS IN THE CORNER! While exploring the Cresson Sanatorium and Prison in the dark ahead of our ghost hunt we finally found the Prison section and had an interesting experience.

Kim Millar was very close to us and if any of you have been with us since the Gananoque Public Investigations of 2018 and 2019, you may remember Trinity House Inn and the ghost of Eleanor. Kim cared deeply about this site and its spirit inhabitants and opened the doors for many to experience the site.
