We’re excited to introduce Jordyn — a passionate Yoga Instructor who will be sharing her practice as a part of camp.
Jordyn will be teaching yoga to help athletes build mobility, balance, focus, and recovery — all crucial components for peak performance in the game. Whether it’s finding breath in high-pressure moments or building resilience through mindfulness, her classes will support players both physically and mentally, strengthening the connection between body and mind, ice and intention.
Because just like in yoga, hockey isn’t only about skill — it’s about presence, awareness, and flow.
