Hidden Treasures Helping to attain balance within your life. We have 4 main categories in our lives; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

I believe that when we have clutter in one aspect of our lives it will overflow into the other categories of our lives. Our lives are like an iceberg only 10% is shown and the rest is hidden, our past experiences may be hidden under the water yet it is what keeps us "floating" I want to help others to be firmly grounded and that is why my goal is to bring balance back into all categorizes of our lives.

Working with me would entail looking at your life circumstances and identifying what is keeping you from making those shifts and creating space for growth.

I offer a safe place so that you can look at the different areas that are keeping you stuck in a low self esteem. This work can help you transform your outlook.

I expect my potential clients to be motivated to change and to be willing to commit to some serious inner work. All this work can be done while you are living your life. It is a daily commitment and will take you to amazing places.
