VISITING OUR OFFICE? -NEW GUIDELINES DUE TO COVID-19 BELOW :

No matter where you want to travel, chances are one of our agents has been there! The health and safety of our guests and our travel advisors have always been of the utmost importance to us. Therefore, we have implemented some new procedures which go above and beyond our already high standards of public health procedures.


1. The offi

ce is open to the public by appointment only

2. We would ask that upon arrival at your appointment, you remain outside of the office and please call us to inform us of your arrival (519) 442-1990).

3. We ask that there is a maximum of 2 family members and no children during your appointment

4. All advisors and clients will be asked to wear a mask at all times while inside the office. Please ensure you have your own mask upon entering.

5. We will be taking extra time to sanitize and disinfect our workspace after every client.

6. Our appointments will have a maximum time of 30 minutes

7. Our washrooms will be closed to the public
