Meet the rest of the herd!
This half of the herd is either in training, our youngsters or in “retirement”.
Here’s some fun facts about these 9!

- Bounce , she is becoming a guide horse for our wranglers! she is the only horse in the herd who has our ranches brand on her hip.

- Wilson, he joined the herd last summer. He used to live on our ranch in Alberta but finally made the trip over the rockies to start training. He sure is handsome.

- Sissy, along with Wilson she joined the herd from Alberta. She is quite timid but as the days go by she comes out of her shell a little more. We are excited to work with her more!

- Liberty, she is the most recent mother of the herd and she sure takes her responsibility seriously! she might not be the alpha female of the herd but everyone knows not to mess with her or her baby.

-Baby J, she is Liberty’s baby. She turned 1 in May! Baby J has so many names because we are indecisive, her names include “The Baby”, “Jackie”, “Lady”. She is a speed demon and sassy girl. We can’t wait to see what’s in store for her future.

- Bee, otherwise known as Jewel. She is Honey’s second baby and is 100% her mother’s daughter. Although she takes after her father with her long legs! She is two years old and just the sweetest peach.

- Moose, our little trouble maker. Moose is our rescue pony who came to us tiny and skinny. Now he is still tiny but not skinny. He is provides a lot of entertainment for everyone, one time our wrangler Lottie had to chase him through town during one of his daily escapes.

- Buddy, he is Honey’s first baby! He is a gentleman and tries to be one with the ladies. Unfortunately he is not yet gelled so he can’t be in with the herd, but he gets extra treats so he’s not complaining.

- Last but not least, Midas! He is the biggest lover there is. Always asking for treats and pets. He is also in training and wrangler Jenny has done a great job working with him. Him and Moose are twins just very different in height lol!

And that’s it. That’s the herd. All 19 members of the ranch. We are so lucky to have this herd and are even luckier that we get to share them with all our customers. 🤎🥕🐴
