They’ve arrived for the Great Upper Ottawa Valley GLAM Chicken Hunt! These delightful creatures (somewhat shy as you can see), raised by the Deep River Potters' Guild & Studio, will be roosting in local Galleries, Libraries, Archives and Museums this summer. Come visit us and find our chickens, wherever they are hiding!

The one on the left (Rusty the Researcher, named in homage to The Friendly Giant) will be at the Canadian Nuclear Heritage Museum, 51 Poplar St, Deep River (nuclearheritage.com, 10-4 Wed-Sat, 1-5 Sundays).

On the right is Arabella Artiste, to be at the Valley Artisans' Co-op (that's co-op, not coop!), 33373 Highway 17, Deep River (https://valleyartisans.ca, 10-5:30 everyday but Christmas).
