Yesterday we did a VIP Tour at Walt Disney World! We had the most amazing tour guide (again) named Ariel who took such great care of us. We got on 12 rides across 3 parks in 7 hours (Guardians twice!).

This is our first trip since Willow was diagnosed as Celiac. I’ll collect my thoughts on how to safely do a VIP tour with an allergy or Celiac after and make a post. We definitely brought a cooler bag in the parks and we definitely needed it.

For today, we’re doing a second VIP tour to maximize our wait times in this intense heat.

How to get gluten-free food at the Innkeeper’s Club at Disney’s Boardwalk Inn ⬇️

💜 When you arrive, let the concierge know you need a gluten-free meal. They’ll have you speak with the chef.

👨‍🍳 The chef will walk you through what’s on the menu that day. If you have additional dietary restrictions, they’ll discuss other options.

⏰ Let the chef know what time you plan to eat, then simply come back at that time.

🍽️ Your meal will be waiting for you—prepared separately, individually wrapped, clearly labeled, and absolutely delicious.

As a celiac family, this made club-level dining completely stress-free. Disney’s allergy accommodations have been incredible. 💜🌾🚫
