Bienvenue au Self de La Grangette, un magasin en libre-service installé directement à la ferme, ouvert tous les jours de 7h à 21h. Ici, la plupart des produits viennent directement des producteurs locaux — lait, fromages, œufs bio, viande, fruits et légumes de saison et bien plus encore. Un membre de l'équipe nous explique avec passion l'origine des produits et l'esprit de ce lieu unique. 🌾🥛🧀

La Grangette est une exploitation agricole familiale située à Puidoux, en agriculture biologique depuis 1993. La ferme élève des vaches, des poules pondeuses et quelques cochons, cultive du blé et des pois chiches, et s'engage activement pour la biodiversité et le bien-être animal. Chaque année, la ferme produit plus d'1,2 million d'œufs et 260 000 kg de lait, sur une surface agricole de 56 hectares. 🐔🌱
