Hello Everyone.
Our Sea Otter Eco Tours officially started on Saturday with a group from France and 1 from Victoria. Everyone was very happy with the trip, We saw many otters with babies, a large male killer whale, many eagles, lots of different birds and a few seals. On a previous fishing trip we saw a bear on the beach. the new boat is everything we hoped for, providing a very comfortable experience. This year we are offering a limited number of fishing charters, but wildlife viewing will still be our main activitiy

Our otter viewing season has started. There are quite a few new babies, but not a lot of large rafts yet as the kelp has not started growing after the winter. Fishing for most species opened Apr. 1/19 but catch limits have not yet been announced,
Our new boat is up and running, offering more comfort for our guests.
We will be attending the B,C, Interior Sportsman Show in Kelowna Apr, 5,6,7, 2019,

Another exciting season viewing Sea Otters and lots of other marine wildlife is almost upon us.
We were out in the boat in January and the otters were still there, but somewhat spread out, This could be a result of the heavy winds we had earlier.
We have another boat for this year, 28 ft. fully licenced and equipped to handle 8 guests in side a heated cabin with on board bathroom,
We have also obtained additional ocean view accommodation to make your stay with us that much more memorable.

The weather has been fantastic for Eco Tours. Lots of otters and other wildlife.
We spent an enjoyable couple of days with Dianna Calleja and her husband viewing otters and eagles. Dianna runs a successful wildlife photo business in Naples Florida
Fishing has also been great

Spend 2 days this past weekend on the water watching otters do their thing. Spent an hour watching a mother groom her baby. She turned it over every way so she could lick every part. Also sea lions and lots of eagles,
Spent some time fishing also, no salmon, but 1 halibut and 3 large ling cod, picture to follow when I figure it out
