Downtown Port Colborne Welcome to Downtown Port Colborne BIA. A vibrant and diverse business district.

Our mission is to promote business in our downtown area, through beautification and promotion. Downtown Port Colborne is a BIA (Business Improvement Area), representing the businesses in the canal district. Our role is to promote and market the businesses, to beautify, enhance, and preserve the downtown core, including our cultural assets and historical buildings. The BIA promotes and markets the downtown area as a destination to shop, dine, work, and explore. We also work closely with the City of Port Colborne and other community partners to promote economic and community development.

We’ve added another Silent Book Club Night in November 🍂

BYOB - bring your own book or buy your own book night of for 15% off of your purchase.

From 6-7 PM feel free to grab a drink, browse our books, and mingle and then from 7-8 PM we will be reading silently 📚

♟ Adult Chess Club
Mondays until November 30, 6 - 7:30 pm
Mr. Edwards returns to the library for adult chess club. The club is open to adults of all experience levels, including those interested in learning how to play the game. Registration is required. For ages 16+. Free.
