I grew up here. Jon grew up on this property. And for most of our lives, Norfolk County was just... home.
It took watching guests arrive for the first time, driving in, stepping out of the car, going quiet for a moment, to make me see it the way they do.
The way the light falls on flat land in the late afternoon. The Lynn River at 7am before anyone else is up. Port Dover on a Tuesday evening when the fishing boats are coming in and there's nowhere you need to be.
This week I wrote about it, A proper guide to Norfolk County and why we think it deserves a lot more attention than it gets on Ontario travel lists.

If you've been curious about what we've built out here, this is a good place to start.
