What a season! These are only some of the highlights of it but to say it was one of our best ever would be totally fair. Loved working with Westcoast Fishing Tackle this season! Great gear and just can’t say enough good things about their spoons, flashers, and rods (nevermind the rest of their awesome gear). In a league of their own. After two days off absolutely miss it already! Was zonked as can be but now that rested again wish the season wasn’t ending. Still on fire out there for coho, halibut, lingcod and rockfish too.
Huge shoutout to our amazing staff. Luke, Nate, and Thomas made up one of the best guiding crews out there. Alannah and Christine killed it and of course Dave Sr the fish to hardy buoys shuttle and story teller extraordinaire! Tons of help from Mom (Heather) too! Just a great team this year. So proud of you all.
We also are lucky to have such amazing guests. Year after year we are sold out and without you that wouldn’t happen. For 2027 we are getting very, very full so call us asap to get in! You won’t find better Chinook (King) salmon, Coho (Silver) salmon, lingcod, halibut and rockfish fishing anywhere else in the world! Looking forward to hosting so many of you in 2027!

Fishing was so good the guests wanted Thomas to take a turn! And it was a 31lb tyee catch and release. Great fish! Making babies too!

Fishing remains super strong. Some great Chinook size with a few tyees around too and coho in the mix! The guide team is absolutely killing it this year and a ton of happy guests and rebookjngs. We are almost full for all of July and August next year already! No BS, handful of bookings open only so contact us asap for 2027! Never been booked up this early and hope it’s an indication of the great fishing and experience we give our guests 😊

Seasons off to a great start. Not the best weather but the boys are getting it done anyway! Insane salmon fishing as per usual for June!

Chinook (King) and Coho (Silver) salmon returns this summer are going to be AMAZING! These fish come right by us especially early in the season. One date left in June!!! Plus many BC rivers look to have good returns this season. Gonna be quite the summer!

We are getting VERY full for dates in July and early August in 2027 so call us asap to get your preferred dates for next season (2027!).

Very exciting for any of our guests coming from Alberta and even connecting through Calgary from Denver or Salt Lake City ! Campbell River is only 2 1/4 hours from us. Another option if not wanting to fly right into Port Hardy!

Running into guests from Las Vegas at hockey tournaments in Victoria is pretty awesome. Curtis, his dad and family have been fishing with us for years now. And proud to call them amazing friends too!
