Set among shady trees and an impressive extensive shoreline, it offers upgraded amenities that will make your stay comfortable and complete. The lot is 1.5 acres with plenty of privacy and space for lawn games.
Situated in Muskoka/Georgian Bay on the Little Lake, it is a convenient 90 min drive from Toronto and close to shopping, and Oak Bay Golf Course. 5 minutes walk to Tim Hortons, service stations, public beach, splash pad, and playground, public boat launch.
From here to the marine railway at the Big Chute is the Severn River, which includes Little Lake and a bigger lake call Gloucester Pool. It takes about a half hour to get to the railway, which take boats up to the next level of water.
This is a 4 seasons cottage with winter amenities including indoor fireplaces and 15 minutes to Mount St. Louis Moonstone Ski resort.
