And just like that… our incredible week aboard Odyssey of the Seas has come to an end! 🛳️

WOW!! What an amazing 7 days!! ☀️💙

From the absolutely breathtaking views of Santorini to wandering the beautiful little streets of Mykonos, exploring ancient history, enjoying some incredible food, and having WAY too much fun onboard… this week was one for the books!!

And let me tell you… we are DEFINITELY doing this itinerary again!!! 😍🇬🇷 There is just SO much to see and experience that you can’t possibly do it all in one cruise and we absolutely loved it!

Of course, it wasn’t ALL fun and games! 😉 We also had the opportunity to spend time training with Royal Caribbean, connecting with some fantastic fellow travel advisors, sharing business ideas, and learning even more about the cruise line we love so much!

✈️ We’re currently somewhere over the Atlantic on our way home, and I have SOOO many photos, videos, stories, and tips I can’t wait to share with you!

Over the next week, I’ll be sharing some of our favourite moments, incredible destinations, dining experiences, and a few things we learned along the way!

Honestly, experiences like this just remind me why we LOVE what we do so much!

🇬🇷 I’ve been dreaming of visiting Santorini and Mykonos since I was a little girl, so getting to FINALLY experience both was pretty incredible!! 💙

And believe it or not… the island I thought would be my favourite WASN’T!! 😂 I’m actually still surprised by which one I loved more!

I’ll be sharing more about both this week, but first I’m curious…

MYKONOS, GREECE — What a beautiful little town! 💙🤍
I absolutely LOVED our day exploring Mykonos! And the best part? We didn't book an excursion. We just wandered, explored, and got lost in the beautiful winding streets. Honestly, sometimes those are the BEST days! 😍

Mykonos is everything you picture when you think of the Greek Islands — whitewashed buildings, bright blue doors and shutters, colourful bougainvillea, cobblestone pathways, and breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea.
One of the most fascinating things I learned was WHY the streets are so narrow and winding! They're often said to have been designed to confuse pirates and invading raiders who came ashore. 🏴‍☠️
Of course, my imagination immediately went to Pirates of the Caribbean! 😂 I could just picture pirates running in and out of these little alleyways, turning corners, and having absolutely NO idea where they were going!

Whether that's the full historical explanation or a little local legend, it certainly made wandering those streets even more entertaining!

We made our way to the famous Little Venice, one of the most picturesque areas of Mykonos, where colourful balconies hang right over the water. It's surrounded by little shops, restaurants, and some of those iconic postcard-perfect views you see everywhere!

And then there were the famous Mykonos windmills! Originally used to grind grain, these windmills took advantage of the island's powerful winds. They were once an important part of the island's economy.
Having just visited the incredible Kinderdijk windmills in the Netherlands this past August, it was so interesting to see how completely different these were! Same basic purpose of harnessing the wind, but such different designs and uses!

We also stumbled upon a beautiful little historic church with such interesting architecture and old stonework surrounding it. One of the things I loved most about Mykonos was discovering these little pieces of history tucked between the shops and homes. The town is actually famous for its many little churches and chapels, some built centuries ago!

🛳️ A little cruise tip from me:
Mykonos is a fantastic port to explore on your own! From the cruise port, you can hop on a short water taxi across the harbour to Mykonos Town, also known as Chora, and spend hours simply wandering. No organized excursion needed if your goal is to explore the town, shop, see the windmills, visit Little Venice, and soak up the atmosphere.
And trust me, getting a little lost in those winding streets is half the fun! 💙
One of my favourite things about cruising is getting to experience places like this — beautiful destinations filled with history, culture, and little surprises around every corner.
Mykonos, you were absolutely charming, until we meet again😉

What an incredible day exploring the ancient ruins of Ephesus! ❤️

It’s crazy to think that today we walked through the same city where the Apostle Paul lived and ministered nearly 2,000 years ago. We walked ancient marble streets past bathhouses, public latrines, homes, marketplaces, temples, the Library of Celsus and the enormous Great Theatre — the very theatre connected to the riot during Paul’s ministry in Acts 19.

And what we saw is only a fraction of it! 🤯Estimates vary, but only about 10–20% of ancient Ephesus has been excavated, meaning the vast majority remains beneath the surrounding earth waiting to be studied.

At its height, Ephesus was one of the wealthiest and most important cities of the Roman world. Its harbour made it a major crossroads for trade, while the nearby Temple of Artemis — one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World — attracted people from all over and even functioned in some ways like an ancient bank.

Earthquakes damaged the city repeatedly over the centuries, and the gradual silting up of its harbour also contributed to its decline.

But the most surreal part for me was simply realizing: Paul walked these streets. He preached here. The early church grew here.

What an AMAZING day experiencing Biblical history literally right beneath our feet!😍

Happy 20th Birthday to my favorite middle child, Carter!😉

Twenty years. How is that even possible?!

Carter has always been one of the most strong-willed and determined people I know and as he’s grown up, I’ve watched those qualities become some of his greatest strengths.

He is fiercely loyal to his friends (sometimes to a fault lol), dependable, caring and faithful. He has the best sense of humour, a genuine servant heart, and when he loves his people, he loves them BIG.

He loves all things Disney like his Dad, hiking with his friends, travelling, exploring and pretty much anything that involves an adventure.
And now, watching him step into his new career and genuinely love what he’s doing has made us so incredibly proud.

But more than anything, I’m proud of the young man he has become. ❤️

Carter, you have grown into such a gentleman. You work hard, you show up for people, you care deeply, and you aren’t afraid to forge your own path. I can’t wait to see where life takes you and all the adventures still ahead.

What an absolute gift these last 20 years have been.

Thank you, Jesus, for 20 years with Carter. ❤️🙏

We love you more than you will ever know and are SO proud of you.
