Dia De Mu***os - Day of the Dead! Celebrated every Nov 1 and Nov 2 is a special time of year in Mexico culture to celebrate your loved ones who have passed on! Families honor their loved ones by preparing ofrendas (altars) these are decorated with yellow or orange marigolds (a popular day of the dead flower) pictures of the loved one along with their favorite food and drinks and other personal items. Skull candy’s are eaten as treats, dressing and putting on makeup to resemble La Catrina and welcoming Monarch Butterfly’s is just a little bit of information that may entice you to join my group. Now the next decision is Puerto Vallarta or Cancun? Drop your vote for which location you would prefer and I will proceed from there ( personally my vote is for Puerto Vallarta) let see how this goes

As 2025 starts to creep to a close
Ive been sitting here thinking that it wasn't really that long ago when I was told that I wouldn't have a travel job much longer - because everyone was booking online.

But guess what... I'm still here, and I'm here in a BIG way! Thanks to all my awesome friends, family and strangers who are now are a part of my life !!! who helped me by booking trips, hotels, flights, insurance, cruises or referring me to other amazing people. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I know there are still those who love to take care of their own reservations and that's cool - searching online for a good booking site, pricing various sites at the same time for the cheapest price, click, click, click and 🙏hoping for the best ! I’ve picked up the pieces on occasion but everyone needs to do their own thing.

But over the past four years or so, I've noticed more and more people coming back to Travel Agents like me - who have tons of real life industry experience and tried and true knowledge. And honestly? I’m really not surprised.

Why? Because what people really want right now is connection, and here's the biggy, --> they want communication, real dialogue, and someone who can answer their questions when needed in real time without being on HOLD for hours. That in itself is priceless!

Take for instance the recent devastating circumstances caused by hurricane Melissa in Jamaica. those who booked their own trip are scrambling and stressed out between working their 9-5 and trying to rebook while being on hold with suppliers, there just isn't enough time in a day or even worse were the ones who were actually on location with no support!!

People want answers, someone who listens, someone who understands what they’re looking for, and someone who truly cares about their trip from start to finish.

This is about personal service, trust, and that peace of mind knowing someone’s got your back — especially when things don’t go as planned.
