🍁 Our first year tapping trees was a sweet success! 🍁

Maple syrup is as New Brunswick as it gets, and it’s one of our favourite family traditions to visit the local sugar shacks. So, we decided to try making our own this year!

With zero expectations, we dove in and learned a ton about picking the best trees to tap, the ultimate sap weather …. And let’s just say, we were shocked at how much sap it takes to boil down to just 1 liter of maple syrup! 😲🥞

Hoping next year we might even have enough to sell, but for now, it’s all for our guests at Tin Roof Landing and our neighbours. Get ready for some epic pancake breakfasts this summer! 🥞🌞
