A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for this years World Oceans Day Celebration! Together we were able to fill 11~ bags of debris from the north end of Beans Island, and we couldn't have asked for a greater bunch of people. Thank you for taking care of our environment and making such great memories- and an extra special thanks to Charlotte Bartlett and the Cap Sill restaurant for helping us end our incredible day with some great food and entertainment.

For everyone who shared and liked our posts, thank you for your support and we hope that you can join us out on the water for our next beach cleanup! One beach down, many more to go 🌅♻❤

Come celebrate a belated World Oceans Day with Seascape!

On June 13th we are offering a discounted sea kayak paddle to one of our lovely nearby islands to do a beach cleanup and celebration dinner at the Cap Sill Restaurant. Following this, please join us at the Seascape Shop for an amazing live performance by singer/songwriter and local marine biologist Charlotte Bartlett!

We hope you can join us for a full day of Ocean celebration, or just stop by for the Live music and community bonfire 🌊🌅

We celebrate today the ancient navigators of our oceans, the sea turtles. 🐢🌊

From keeping seagrass beds healthy to maintaining balanced marine ecosystems, turtles play a vital role in ocean life. But plastic pollution, habitat loss, illegal trade, and climate change continue to threaten their survival.

This World Turtle Day, let us protect their nesting beaches, reduce marine waste, and promote sustainable fisheries for future generations. Every small action helps keep our seas alive. 💚
