Matcha lovers, this Capitol Hill café needs to be on your Seattle list 🍵☕

Phê is known for their Vietnamese coffee classics and creative matcha drinks….especially the famous Banana Pudding Matcha Latte!

But fair warning: they only make a limited amount daily and usually sell out before noon, so go early if you want to try it 👀

My first TWO choices sold out 😂 so I ended up getting the Matcha Einspanner with sweet cream on top and it was still really good (I really wanted the banana pudding matcha latte or banana pudding hojicha latte but both weren’t available at the time we went during the late afternoon 😭)

Matcha- Hojicha menu highlights:
• Banana Pudding Matcha Latte
• Earl Grey Matcha
• Strawberry Matcha Latte
• Matcha Einspanner
• Hojicha Latte
• Banana Pudding Hojicha Latte
• Hojicha Latte Einspanner

Visited .restaurant this weekend during a quick Seattle food tour and tried their famous Sizzling Steak & Egg plate🥩🍳 American Wagyu, pâté, two sunny side up eggs, veggies, pickled carrots & radish, and honestly one of the best bánh mì baguettes I’ve had (and I’m usually not even a bread person 😭).

📍Bò Né House and More - Seattle, WA

If you’re coming here, I’d personally stick to what they’re known for — the sizzling steak & eggs — and save your Vietnamese noodle cravings for another spot. This dish is definitely the star of the menu and so good with the pâté 😋

📩 Save this spot for your next Seattle food adventure and follow for more honest reviews!

7 Worst places to visit in Vietnam 🙃

1. District 1 – Ho Chi Minh City
Don’t stay here… it’s way too convenient. You can walk to Ben Thanh Market, endless cute cafés, trendy restaurants, and local boutique shops. Saving money on transport? So annoying. Everything is just too easy.

2. My Khe Beach – Da Nang
Terrible choice. You’re too close to a stunning beach with soft sand and clear water. Unreal sunrises, cheap seafood, amazing coffee… it’s just too relaxing.

3. Hoi An
Wouldn’t visit… unless you like lantern-lit streets, dreamy cafés, and golden hour that looks straight out of a movie. Way too charming and impossible to leave.

4. Ninh Binh
Avoid at all costs. Way too much nature, peaceful vibes, and dramatic limestone mountains with boat rides through caves. The natural raw beauty is just exhausting.

5. Old Quarter – Hanoi
Hard pass. Everything is so close you end up walking everywhere. Street food on every corner, hidden cafés, night markets… everything is too convenient.

6. Ha Long Bay
No thanks. It’s way too picturesque. Limestone karsts, emerald water, dreamy cruises… how are you supposed to go back to normal life after this?

7. Sapa
Wouldn’t suggest it unless you like unreal mountain views, endless rice terraces, and peaceful village vibes. The air is too fresh and it’s way too hard to leave.

In case you didn’t catch my sarcasm, I LOVED every single one of these places and would go back in a heartbeat ❤️ If you’re planning a Vietnam travel itinerary, these are all must-visit destinations!

📩 Save this for your Vietnam trip planning & send it to someone you’d travel with and follow for more Vietnam guides!
