We just arrived back from our amazing 7 day Alaskan cruise on the beautiful Norwegian Encore! Below is glimpse into our itininerary.
🛳️ Day 1: Boarded the in Seattle, WA. We were able to board early which allowed us a chance to explore the ship before settling in on the pool deck prior to leaving port and we watched the sail away from our balcony.
🏁 Day 2: At sea, so we decided to try our luck with BINGO and our racing skills on the Speedway go-karts on the top deck of the ship!
🦀 Day 3: Rented a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon through and explored Juneau on a self-guided tour. Made stops at Mendenhall Glacier, National Shrine of St. Therese, Eagle Beach, Sandy Beach, and capped it off with the most delicious and massive 4lb bucket of Alaskan Red king crab
🚂 Day 4: All aboard the White Pass & Yukon Route Railway in Skagway. Scenic journey up and then back down this historic rail route! We had to stop for the famous Halibut Fish + Chips at the 🚞
🏞️ Day 5: Cruising through Glacier Bay National Park, surrounded by towering ice walls. The sights from our balcony did not dissapoint!
🦅 Day 6: Ketchikan - We decided to explore the "Salmon Capital of the World" on foot and we now know why this city holds this nickname. We made a stop at the the to try the local Silver Salmon and Smoked Salmon Chowder.
🌃 Day 7: Last stop in Victoria B.C. - strolled through charming streets at night, a perfect end to an unforgettable cruise! 🏰
🔚 End of an incredible 7-day Alaskan Cruise! Memories to last a lifetime. 📸
