Flying Miss Daisy from Vancouver to London

Meet Daisy: a confident Jack Russell with places to be and squirrels to chase- this time, across the pond.

Her journey from Vancouver to London Heathrow was a breeze. With paperwork to prep, timelines to manage, and one very important passenger to look after, Daisy’s family turned to us for help, and we were more than happy to deliver.

“It was a huge stress relief to have someone there to ask questions, to check over paperwork, and to organize the whole process,” they shared.

Jacqueline from our team worked closely with Daisy’s family every step of the way, making sure everything was in order so Daisy could just focus on being adorable. She arrived safe, sound, and ready for her British adventure.

We’re grateful to have been part of her journey, and we’re even more thrilled to hear we helped make things easier for her humans. Daisy, enjoy those long walks and new sniffs. We’ll be here when you’re ready for your next adventure!

Not every journey is straightforward, but that's okay. We sort out every obstacle that comes our way.

During the height of COVID, we cared for an 18-year-old cat named Mardi Gras after her trip to Australia was delayed. While her family waited overseas, we provided daily subcutaneous fluids at our Vancouver office to keep her healthy and comfortable.

She finally joined them on one of our custom pet charters to Australia in July 2021, safely and with a purr.

When the journey gets complicated, we don’t back down. We step up!
