Cozystay is an online vacation rental platform and vacation rental management firm, focused on offering high-end experiences and a feeling of the comforts of home for guests. The strategy for sustained growth has been to partner with industry service providers throughout North America and Europe. Today Cozystay has offices in Vancouver, Canada and Beijing, China while also operating a property man

agement company with listings in Vancouver, Seattle, Toronto, and Los Angeles. As a start-up company, the goal is to continue this pace of success and grow our community of hosts and guests. Cozystay will explore new technology in smart vacation technology, and blockchain for the sharing economy.

Cozystay is an online-to-offline (O2O) internet platform for rental lodging in countries around the world. Cozystay will separate itself from its competition by targeting Asian market. We will take advantage of the growing Asian travel and tourism market which will lead all regions of the world in total departures and travel expenditures.
