I do have it listed on Airbnb, but if you book directly through me you’ll save on cleaning fees, booking fees, and taxes (aka the annoying extras) and we get to keep a little extra too! 🫶🏻

Direct booking rates with a 2 night minimum:
• $110/night (weekday)
• $150/night (weekend)

Last spring, this is what this place looked like. 🏚️

Empty. Kind of gross honestly. Just sitting there as wasted potential.

There were so many moments I stood in this stinky little house thinking “What the f**k am I doing? What did I get myself into? And why in the hell did I take this on?!” 😰

Life was already a lot at the time. Court every month. Stress. Kids. Money. Everything. 💔 And then this on top of it.

Some days I got stuff done. Some days I stood there overwhelmed. Some days I just sat defeated on the floor and cried in this house.

There was even a time that I was seconds away from throwing in the towel and calling to hand it all back to the original owner because I told myself I was in way too deep.😢

Nothing about this was fast or easy. It was just continuous “showing up” when I could and figuring it out as I went. But I didn’t quit (even though I probably should have! Lol!) This house also taught me that it was okay to trust and lean on others for help again. There’s so many people who helped me that I need to thank (which I’ll be doing in a separate post one day soon!) 🙏

And then, slowly it started to change and become unrecognizable. And honestly…so did I. 🥹

This turned into more than just fixing up a space. It became something I poured myself into when everything else felt heavy and I didn’t know if I was going to make it.

And now it’s turning into Nola’s Nest. 🏡🤍

A place that feels calm. Warm. Intentional. The complete opposite of what it was.

There’s still more I want to do. Still more I’m going to elevate.

But I’m finally at the point where I’m ready to start sharing it with others. This house healed me in a lot of ways and now I want it to help others too. ❤️‍🩹 Couples and individuals who need a space to slow down, reconnect, find themselves again, reset or just breathe for a moment.

This one means a lot to me. Like…really a lot. More than I can probably even put into words. ✨
