I have been a Canadian entrepreneur for over 30 years. When I was asked to run the Canadian BRCC operations back in 2017, I was excited about the opportunity. Over the years, the Team of professionals in Canada was dedicated, hard working, always went above and beyond and of course was committed to the charitable side of the Business. Our staff turnover was almost zero. The Team believed in the Mission and it was a great place to work.
I want to say thanks to Tom, Richie, Shaii, Victoria, Paul to name a few.
Tom Thomas started with BRCC day 1 and made so many wonderful connections and was instrumental in growing the business in Canada focusing on our Dealer partners. 7 years of his life dedicated to growing BRCC Canada. Tom had assistance from Shaii for the last 5 years and let’s not forget Victoria who was with us packing up all the customers freshly roasted coffee over the years. Paul and Shawn were Canadian Armed Forces Veterans who were not only in the office but also in the community.
Business is nothing without great people. Canada BRCC always had great people dedicated to working hard and delivering. I want to say thank you, from the bottom of my heart to this wonderful group of individuals. We can’t forget some additional faces behind the scenes…Richie, Rob, Lori, Lana, Connor and Ava, to name a few. I remember years ago, the entire team plus friends, spouses and volunteers all served fresh coffee on a weekend at all the Edmonton Safeways. No one complained, worried about working the extra hours - we just wanted to make BRCC Canada a household name.
