‼️WHY IS THIS HAPPENING‼️
If you aren’t following this is Angela Carini. She’s an Olympic boxer from Italy & these photos of her on her knees were taken after she had been in the boxing ring at the Paris Olympics for 40 seconds…
She had to stop the fight because she said she’s never been hit so hard.
Her opponent in this fight, was a biological MAN.
When I saw this photo and read the story, I felt my blood start to boil.
Imagine training your entire life to be the best in the WORLD, qualifying and making the Olympic team and for this moment to come… and you have to ‘tap out.’
This woman’s dream of being an Olympic medalist was taken from her by a MAN.
This is not okay! It’s not okay in high school sports, it’s not okay in college sports and it’s not okay at the highest level in the world either.
The Olympic committee should be ASHAMED. They are putting our female athletes in danger and at a great risk and I would assume they’ll find themselves in a liability lawsuit before too long.
I’m proud of this Champion for making the decision to not continue this fight. She should have never been put in this position in the first place.
Ladies, stand up! Use your voice. Walk out if you need to. Men can’t take our crowns, our medals or our gender unless we let them.
