I am currently reading Burnout...The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle.
"This is a book for any woman who has felt overwhelmed and exhausted by everything she had to do, and yet still worried she was not doing "enough."
I appreciate the chapter on sleep and rest and how to allocate your valuable time.
These important subjects are core to the "Reclaiming Time" workshop which is part of the Fundy Regenerative Retreats experience.

If your company is looking for a day of team building and regeneration this might be a good fit!

What is COP 27....Each year, a country representing a different region of the world takes over the presidency of the Conference of the Parties (COP). Egypt was selected for 2022 and is hosted the UN Climate Change Conference (COP 27) from November 7-18 in Sharm el-Sheikh, a remote resort town between the desert of the Sinai Peninsula and the Red Sea.
