Happy Flag Day Canada!🇨🇦

Celebrating 60 Years of our Canadian flag! 🇨🇦

On February 15, 1965 at noon, Canada’s iconic red and white maple leaf flag was raised for the very first time on Parliament Hill. In 1996, on this day it was officially declared National Flag of Canada Day!

For 60 years, our flag has been a symbol of unity, democracy, inclusion, and pride. Let’s celebrate this milestone together! ❤️🤍

A beautiful sky on Dec 30th. We often enjoy the nice skies especially sunsets in the west. On this day my cousin Wes (next door) captured this beauty of a sunrise. A small section of cottage is visible in the left corner. The views from the front would have been gorgeous. A Stunning sky!

The Christmas Market is flying by. Tomorrow ( Monday) is our final day for the Market & for the season. Slide on in to do some early Christmas shopping & find
beautiful Christmas pottery, ornaments, wreaths, santa’s, gnomes, angels, winter paintings, soap, Christmas cards by several artisans, christmas textiles, decorations, christmas books, chutney, red pepper jelly, dips, cheeseball mix, jams and many other tasty treats, along with all your regular shop favorites.
We are all restocked again for tomorrow. 🎄🎄

The “1st” Christmas Market of the 2024 season starts Nov 1 at the Shops of St. Peter’s Landing!
This is the 3rd annual Christmas Market at the Landing & it runs for “4” days, Nov 1- Nov 4, 2024. The shops will be open from 10-5 daily. The 5 participating shops listed in the poster below are looking forward to welcoming you! Hope to see you there. 🎄🎄
