Sad news this morning, Rick Briden has passed away after a long illness.
I will post details as I get them.

Rick was one of those guys who was always there for you and always made you feel safe.
He was a big man with a big heart always willing to help, and he will be dearly missed by his sons, Aaron, Evan and Eric and daughter Melisa, his grandchildren and all his friends and family
Rick and I worked together as partners for a long time at 53 and those were some of the best days I ever had as a police officer.
Playing defence together on the 53 North Stars and terrorizing the league with our long reach and some say, physical presence was always fun, and Rick always gave 100 per cent to this and anything he did.
He was a tower of strength mixed with a caring and soft heart.
He will be missed
