Skinny Leonard is made up of a collection of music industry veterans with more than 150 years of experience between them. Having performed, toured, recorded, won and been nominated for awards including, Junos, Best vocalist, Best drummer, etc...... Having shared the stage with the likes of Johnny Winter, Otis Rush, Taj Mahal, Colin James, Buddy Miles, Honeymoon Suite, Harlequin, Nazareth, Kim Mitchell, just to name a few, these guys bring the 70s classic rock, the entertainment, experience, musicianship and fun. 🤘🔥✨

🎸Skinny Leonard features Chris Gilburg (vocals), Anthony Della Croce (guitar/vocals), Rylan Eamon Wood (drums/percussion), Jay Stevens (bass/vocals), and Michael Schau (guitar/vocals).

There will be a beverage garden featuring Barley Station Brew Pub, Shuswap Cider Co. , and Sunnybrae Vineyards & Winery along with food trucks S'wichcraft Catering, ShuPops, The Yukon Smash , plus van's grill, the tater shack. We will have a sandpile, with toys, and free face painting for the kids! 😃

Before you jump in the lake, hit the trails, or settle into camp for the weekend, here are a few things to know before you go.

1. Adhere to campfire bans. 🔥
A $10 permit is required for any campfires within city limits, available at City Hall.

Category 2 and 3 open fires, fireworks, burn barrels, and binary exploding targets are banned until at least Oct. 19, 2026.

Only burn dry, seasoned wood in a contained ring, at least 5 meters away from structures/vegetation, and extinguish by 11 p.m.

2. Be water smart. 🌊
Wear a lifejacket and swim in designated areas only.

3. Reduce conflicts with wildlife. 🦆
Remember, bears, cougars and other wildlife call Salmon Arm home as well. Always maintain a safe distance from wildlife.

4. Plan ahead. 🚙
Check road conditions before you travel, especially if you are planning to travel during busy times.

Summer in Salmon Arm and around Shuswap Lake is pretty special, but it’s also a season where a little extra care goes a long way.
