A day trip to beautiful Salt Spring Island is easier than ever!

🚗 By car
Take an easy ferry ride from Vancouver, Victoria or Crofton to Salt Spring Island. Once on Salt Spring Island it’s a short drive to Ganges Village. There’s plenty of free public parking behind the Visitor Information Centre, where our tour begins.

🚌 Foot passenger + transit
Walking on the ferry is a great option. All three Salt Spring ferry terminals are serviced by BC Transit, with direct routes to Ganges Village. Transit drops you right at the Salt Spring Visitor Information Centre – the exact starting point for our tours.

🚶 Foot passenger tips
• Walk-on ferry travel avoids vehicle lineups (starting at only $12.50 return! *Prices vary by departure ferry, season and day of week, check your route in advance.)
• BC Transit ride is about 15 minutes from the terminals (and only costs $2.75!)
• Easy, affordable, and car-free from start to finish
