Stay in a 2 bdm cottage with Wifi, Streaming services, BBQ, and a smart TV in the master bedroom. Situated on a beautiful lake, ideal for kayaking or watching beavers, bald eagles, otters, and many different birds. 16 days in beautiful Fernie, Kootenay Rockies BC from 6th - 22nd August 2026 ⛰️🐾. Care for 9-year-old Alaskan Malamute, Nuka, a big gentle soul who thrives on being part of daily life. She enjoys a short morning walk before breakfast, followed by a longer walk in the late afternoon/early evening. Nuka is wonderful to hike with and walks very well on leash. Also water the lawn and indoor pots once per week. Stay in a 2 bedroom bungalow cottage in central downtown Fernie, with a beautiful garden, great outdoor seating and a hot tub. Perfectly located for access to local shops and supermarket as well as trails. The cats need their kibble topped up, litter box cleaned, and water bowls replenished. Stay in a beautiful home with all modern amenities and the streetcar only steps from the door. The area is full of character with a vibrant Main Street, two large parks, and weekly farmer’s markets. Walk to French, Moroccan, udon, Thai and Chinese restaurants.
