16 days in beautiful Fernie, Kootenay Rockies BC from 6th - 22nd August 2026 ⛰️🐾. Care for 9-year-old Alaskan Malamute, Nuka, a big gentle soul who thrives on being part of daily life. She enjoys a short morning walk before breakfast, followed by a longer walk in the late afternoon/early evening. Nuka is wonderful to hike with and walks very well on leash. Also water the lawn and indoor pots once per week. Stay in a 2 bedroom bungalow cottage in central downtown Fernie, with a beautiful garden, great outdoor seating and a hot tub. Perfectly located for access to local shops and supermarket as well as trails. Surrounded by the Rockies, Fernie is a four-season playground for outdoor adventure, known for its relaxed community feel and incredible access to hiking, mountain biking, trail running, fishing, paddling and mountains. Care for Nilo, a gentle and loyal White Swiss Shepherd who loves being outdoors and can roam freely during the day, then comes inside at night. The sitter just needs to feed him twice a day, and enjoy taking him for off leash walks in the forested trails surrounded by crown land. Stay in a modern, very comfortable home offering privacy, quiet, and direct access to beautiful forest trails. An ideal setting for someone who loves nature, walking, and a calm, retreat-like environment. Adorable fur-crew in a historic Victorian district in downtown Toronto 🐶🐈🐈‍⬛. Dates: 1 week from 6th - 13th July 2026. Care for a sweetheart English Bulldog named Beatrice, and 2 Maine C**n cats, Finnigan & Ciara. Beatrice needs feeding and 2 short walks a day. The cats need their kibble topped up, litter box cleaned, and water bowls replenished. Stay in a beautiful home with all modern amenities and the streetcar only steps from the door. The area is full of character with a vibrant Main Street, two large parks, and weekly farmer’s markets. Walk to French, Moroccan, udon, Thai and Chinese restaurants. The streetcar will take you quickly to the subway and all attractions of the city. Care needed Mickey, a gentle husky cross with a big personality who likes her walks but most of all loves having someone in the house with her. The lawns will also require mowing every 2 weeks. Care for 15 yo Beagle, Maggie, who enjoys company plus one or two walks a day. Cats Cosmo & Pepper are very chill and also like company. Stay in a beautiful 4-bedroom home on the Rideau River near Ottawa. Pool and hot-tub create a spa-like atmosphere. Wooded walking trails in the neighbourhood and two kayaks available for use. Unique opportunity 🐖🏡🌿. House sit available for 9 days in South River Ontario from 7 - 16 June 2026. Care needed for 7 rescue pigs, 5 pot bellies and two 300 lb Hogs that require feeding twice a day as well as closing the pot bellies’ gates at night. They are all very friendly and docile with distinct characters, an excellent opportunity to discover how nuanced and intelligent pigs truly are. Stay in a characterful converted schoolhouse with a lots of interesting books and art pieces, Starlink wifi and a charging station for EV's. Located on a quiet road in a peaceful area close to Eagle Lake beach, with access to true Wilderness and hiking/bicycle trails, at the NW corner of Algonquin Park. Stay in a lovely, new build home on Long Lake with a large brook running alongside the property that empties into the lake. Located close to beaches, Lunenburg and Mahone Bay, and 20mins to Bridgewater. With a canoe and kayaks available to use, a deck that overlooks the lake, and a fire-pit to enjoy evening fires, you'll be in nature heaven. Animal lovers needed for a peaceful beach-house sit 🐕🐓🐈‍⬛ 🦜. 11 days in Sooke Vancouver Island from 26 June - 7 July 2026. Care for Blue Heeler, Bandit and Chihuahua, Poppy, and an inside/outside cat that comes and goes as she pleases. 18 chickens need to be let out in the am and locked up in the evening, and a Conure Parrot in a cage. Stay in a lovely home on 1 acre with views of the Sooke basin and marina. Explore the many trails along the coast during the day, then relax in the evening on the deck with beautiful ocean views.
