Cycling the Southern Gulf Islands is the kind of trip you'll want to do again before you've even finished the first one. Beautiful forests, ocean views, farm stands, and roads quieter than the city, enough to actually hear the birds.

Pender Island has a way of filling a weekend without ever feeling rushed 💙 Find a cozy B&B or waterfront cottage and settle in.
Hike the trails at Mount Norman Regional Park for views that make the climb worth it. Keep your binoculars handy - Pender is a birder's paradise year-round. Wander the shops and galleries at Hope Bay, where five minutes always turns into an hour. And before you leave, pull up a chair at one of the island's wineries or cideries and taste what these islands grow.
