A very good and productive day out at the saskatchewan mining supply chain forum in Saskatoon. It was good to meet new potential clients and network with our existing partners. So I have been home for just over a week from
Hauling fuel up north, what a tough spell of weather. We got the job finished and got home. The first couple of pics are of the Beech on the frozen lake where we were delivering the fuel to, the others were on our return south to Regina. It was nice to meet so many great people and an excellent opportunity to show what we can offer. Our machines are great Utility aircraft which can haul some very big cargo loads, or up to 8 passengers or a combination of both.

Turned out a beautiful day after a crappy start to today’s fuel hauling. The ice runway still holding up. No stopping for lunch it’s eat on the go, thanks Peter for the pita pizza, great home made grub.

It’s not all blue skies and flying when you have got work to do in the remote North. Lots of paperwork and bad weather too!

These aircraft may be old……but the can do the work every bit as good as a modern machine. We are working right up in northern Saskatchewan landing on frozen lakes the the big wheels and robust construction of the Beech 18 is designed for off airport landings. Not to mention the huge cargo door and up to 3000lb pay load ability.
This pamp is how we safely remove the barrels from the plane without risking injury to person or damage to the barrel.
