Dear Miles3 Travel Services Passengers,

The WestJet Group begins flight cancellations in anticipation of the WestJet pilot strike.

Considering the pending Westjet Strike, the following guidelines shall apply for tickets issued with travel dates between May 19 to 22 arriving to or departing from YVR/YYZ with CA domestic sector on Westjet or PR code shared flights operated by Westjet:

1. Rebooking penalty is waived if a request is done on or before May 22 and before the ticketed departure date.

2. No-Show fee will not be waived.

3. New travel date must be on or before Nov. 15, 2023; subject to
availability of ticketed booking class; subject to new fare (the fare difference should be collected if applicable).

4. Partially used ticket must be completed within ticket validity and
subject availability and any fare difference.

Guests travelling are advised to check the status of their flight before leaving for the airport. Please visit WestJet’s Guest Updates page for more information regarding flight status, and travel changes.
