Well, Saskatoon…you’ve done it again!

Every remaining Prairie Lily cruise is officially sold out for 2026!

Thank you to everyone who joined us this year for the brunches, dinners, sightseeing, special celebrations, first dates, family outings, birthday toasts, glasses of w**e and all those “let’s just go for a cruise” plans that turned into some pretty wonderful memories.

You filled the boat with laughter, conversation and a whole lot of Prairie Lily spirit. And we couldn’t be more grateful.

We’re especially thankful for the incredible support from our community. Your enthusiasm, kind words, recommendations and genuine excitement for The Prairie Lily have meant more to us than you know. Every ticket purchased, every friend you brought along and every wave from the riverbank helped make this season something very special.

We were so happy to discover The Prairie Lily featured at Sobeys Preston Crossing!

She’s painted right on the window above the entrance and just inside the store, there’s a sign welcoming shoppers that features The Prairie Lily alongside the Bess, University Bridge, and UofS.

What an honour to be included alongside three familiar and beloved icons of Saskatoon! We’re grateful, proud and, honestly, a little bit giddy about it.

This is a lovely reminder of how fortunate we are to be part of a city with such a strong sense of community and such a deep affection for the places and experiences that make Saskatoon feel like Saskatoon.

The Prairie Lily has always been about bringing people together to enjoy the South Saskatchewan River and discover the city from a different perspective. To see her represented in a place that so many Saskatoon families visit as part of their everyday lives is genuinely special.

We’re very grateful to Sobeys Preston Crossing for thinking of The Prairie Lily and including her in this snapshot of our city. It means a lot.

It’s a moving experience — literally, yes — but also in the way it pulls you out of your usual routine. It’s easy to say you’ll get around to it later but summer has a way of moving quickly, and moments like these are best enjoyed while they’re right in front of you.

A Prairie Lily Sightseeing Cruise Warning: Side effects may include excessive photo-taking.

Sure, it starts innocently enough. One quick photo. Then another. Then a “wait, just one more.” Next thing you know, you’re switching to video, turning back for a better angle, and wondering how everything keeps looking better than the last shot.

The light changes, the river moves, the city shifts, and you find yourself trying to keep up with it all. Or you just stop, be still, and enjoy.

But seriously — your camera roll will fill up.
